Brieanne Jansen (born 1997) is a Canadian-born child actor who made her debut in the 2008 film Kit Kittredge: An American Girl alongside Academy Award nominee, Abigail Breslin as well as actress Madison Davenport.
Brieanne was born in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. When Jansen was just four years old, she and her family were caught in a hostage situation. Although no one was hurt, Brieanne suffered from the anxiety for several years after the incident.

Jansen's acting got underway when the American Girl Fan auditioned for Kit Kittredge: An American Girl. Although she had no prior acting experience, Jansen was chosen for the part of Frances Stone, one of Kit's best friends. Jansen's role, was brief and her absence was explained that, her character's family lost their home.
